Service and License Agreement

Operator and acceptance

This agreement governs Theology Chat at TheologyChat.app, operated by Integrity Syndicate LLC of Boise, Idaho. By using the agent, creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to this agreement. The Privacy Policy explains how the service processes information. Contact support@integritysyndicate.com for service, billing or policy questions.

The service and its purpose

The agent assists with theological study, Scripture discussion, structured debate and critique. Use it only for theological purposes. Do not submit private, sensitive or confidential information about yourself or anyone else, including identifying details about another person’s religious beliefs. AI answers can be inaccurate; check quotations, references and source context. The service is not confidential counselling or professional advice.

Your license and account

During permitted access, Integrity Syndicate grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the service for lawful theological study and discussion. You must be able to enter this agreement and provide an email address you control. Chat Mode requires sign-in to a free or paid account; a paid subscription is not required for Chat Mode or saved chat history. Keep sign-in codes and account access secure. Do not share paid logins, resell access, bypass mode or usage restrictions, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully. No ownership of the application, reviewed collection or third-party source materials is transferred.

Plans and available features

Voice Mode beta offers GPT Realtime 2.1 Mini and GPT Live 1 Duplex with GPT-6 Luna reasoning (OpenAI), Gemini 3.8 Live for conversation and Gemini 3.8 Live Extended Thinking for sparring and debate simulator (Google), and Grok Voice 3.0 (xAI), with a selectable voice and a default for each model. Eligible Basic and Premium accounts can use one-on-one conversation and two-minute sparring; the debate simulator requires Premium. These models receive live audio and generate speech directly. Reviewed source lookup is available; questions outside the collection may be answered from identified general knowledge. Spoken quotations are not validated before playback. Completed text transcripts and source references are saved privately with account history; native voice replies are excluded from the shared answer cache. For GPT Live Duplex, connected session time counts once toward the standard voice allowance, including pauses and overlapping speech. For the other models, microphone capture while connected, including listening time, and generated speech count toward the allowance. GPT Realtime Mini retrieves sources after the participant turn; GPT Live can retrieve references through Luna during speech. Native voice reasoning varies by format and does not use the separate Premium AI model turn allowance.

Quick Response Chat is free without signing in. Guest chats are not saved to account history. Free Chat uses Quick Response AI Model, GPT-6 Luna with reasoning off. All signed-in plans include private saved chat history. Basic includes all free features, browsing 500+ passage commentaries, structured Debate and Voice, plus 3 High-reasoning turns per calendar month in Chat and Debate. Premium adds browsing 100+ topical articles, Critique, a Voice debate simulator with transcript-based performance ratings, and 24 High-reasoning turns per calendar month, using GPT-6.1 Sol with high effort, shared across Chat, Debate, Critique and requested simulator reviews. Debate and the Voice debate simulator allow Biblical Unitarian and Nicene Trinitarian practice designations. Assigned Trinitarian responses use a separate source-checked pilot collection with original exposition and attributed primary excerpts; independent theological certification is not claimed. Saved designations describe practice roles, not a declaration of personal belief. Free Chat continues to draw on the full reviewed Unitarian collection; these browsing limits do not narrow its evidence base. High-reasoning allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC), including annual plans, and do not roll over. One accepted High-reasoning reply, including a reused checked answer or a simulator review, uses one turn. Failed or cancelled replies that do not complete do not consume a turn. Usage is shared across eligible modes and plan changes do not reset the monthly count. You can select Low reasoning after the allowance is exhausted. Voice Mode uses the selected native audio model described above. Premium simulator reviews use High reasoning after a requested review of the accepted transcript. Ratings are advisory feedback on text content, not an assessment of vocal delivery. Only Critique retrieves pasted webpage and YouTube links. Video reviews cover available caption text, not the video’s images or audio. Models and features may change; the current interface describes available access.

NTArchive.org membership included with paid Premium

An active paid Premium subscription includes NTArchive.org membership without a separate NT Archive membership charge. Sign in to both sites with the same verified email address to receive the benefit. Each site keeps its own sign-in and account data. The NT Archive reading license and download terms continue to govern its content. Basic, free accounts and affiliate invitations do not include NT Archive membership.

Included access follows the paid Premium subscription, normally updating within about a minute of a billing change. Scheduled cancellation preserves access through the paid period; expiration, payment-related loss of Premium or a downgrade ends the bundled benefit. A separate active NT Archive subscription continues to provide its own access and renews until you cancel it; purchasing Premium does not cancel or refund that separate subscription.

Prices, introductory offer and renewal

Basic costs USD $12 per month or $120 per year. Premium costs USD $28 per month or $280 per year. Eligible new monthly subscribers receive 50% off their first month: $6 for Basic or $14 for Premium, then the standard monthly price. This offer applies once to a new subscriber and is not renewed by cancelling and signing up again. Annual plans include two months free and do not receive this monthly introductory discount. Applicable taxes and any currency conversion are shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Payment details are collected by Stripe/Link through hosted checkout; the chat application does not receive full card numbers. Stripe Managed Payments handles the purchase as merchant of record under the payment terms displayed at checkout. Your bank statement may show LINK.COM followed by a recognizable service descriptor. Any plan-change charge or proration must be shown before you confirm it.

Digital delivery and cancellation

Paid access becomes available to the verified account after Stripe confirms payment, subject to brief processing delays. This is a digital service with no physical shipping. If access does not appear, reopen Account or contact support. Cancel before the next renewal using Account → Manage subscription or the Link order-management service. Scheduled cancellation normally preserves access until the end of the paid period and stops the next renewal. Signing out or deleting a chat does not cancel a subscription.

Seven-day first-purchase refund

You may request a full refund of your first subscription purchase within seven days of that purchase, including a discounted first month or an initial annual payment. Email support@integritysyndicate.com with the account email and purchase reference; do not send card details. An approved refund returns the amount actually paid and may end the refunded access and its future renewal. This first-purchase offer does not automatically apply to later renewals or repeat subscriptions. Billing errors and other requests can be reviewed by support.

Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights or the rights and refund processes available through Stripe/Link as merchant of record. You may also contact Link for transaction support. Refund processing and the time until a refund appears depend on Stripe and your bank.

Voice and invitation allowances

Basic includes 60 voice minutes (1 hour) and Premium includes 360 voice minutes (6 hours) per calendar month (UTC), counting microphone capture while connected, including listening, and generated assistant speech; GPT Live Duplex instead counts connected session time once, including pauses and overlapping speech. Minutes reset on the first day of each month and do not roll over. Conversation uses two seconds of silence to submit a turn. Two-minute sparring waits until 90 seconds, then requires six seconds of silence. Debate simulation waits until half the selected phase limit, then requires ten seconds of silence. Silence before those gates does not count. You can submit early with Send voice turn. Conversation and sparring input stop at 2 minutes 20 seconds; simulator input stops at its selected 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 minute limit. The usual 25–100 word reply guidance is not a hard output limit. Text remains available after the voice allowance is exhausted.

A valid affiliate invitation code grants seven days of Premium access, once per verified account, with 4 standard voice hours for the invitation period. It requires no payment details and does not automatically renew or charge. At expiry, access returns to an active paid plan or free Chat. Re-entering a code or signing in again does not restart the period. Invitation access does not itself create an affiliate contract, commission arrangement or endorsement.

Submitted material and generated answers

You retain any rights you hold in submitted material and must have permission to provide it. You authorize the processing, temporary file extraction, provider transmission, private account history and reusable-answer caching needed to operate the service as explained in the Privacy Policy. Checked cached answers can be served to other participants whose full request context matches, and can include wording from submitted material. Do not submit material that must remain confidential.

You may use answers to the extent permitted by applicable law and any third-party rights. Generated answers may not be unique. Scripture translations, commentary, articles and other quotations retain their applicable rights and attribution requirements. This agreement does not grant rights belonging to their authors or publishers.

Availability, restrictions and ending access

We may maintain, update or temporarily restrict the service for outages, security, misuse or payment failures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular theological outcome or error-free answers. We may suspend accounts that breach this agreement. Request account or data deletion through support; deleting data and cancelling payment are separate actions. Any restriction or disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not remove statutory rights.

Standard voice time and purchased credits

GPT and Gemini use standard voice time at 1x. Premium Grok uses 3x standard voice time: one Grok hour consumes three standard voice hours. Recorded input, including listening, and generated speech both count. Included Basic and Premium voice allowances are 1 and 6 standard hours per calendar month (UTC); the separate affiliate invitation includes 4 standard hours. Existing usage is preserved when this rate takes effect. Any signed-in account may purchase 20 Premium AI turns for USD 10 or 3 standard voice hours for USD 15. Three or more of the same pack in one order receive 15% off. Pack quantity and price are confirmed before payment. These are one-time purchases; purchased credits never expire and remain available across monthly resets and subscription changes. Included allowance is used first. Refunded credits are removed. Purchasing credits permits Premium AI replies in Chat and standard or premium voice conversation/sparring; it does not grant subscription-only modes, article browsing or NTArchive membership.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material subscription changes will be disclosed before they apply; a displayed offer or checkout confirmation governs the charge you authorize.
